PEP DRAMA & MUSICAL
Our PEP Drama classes have recently finished developing skills and rehearsing two short plays for performance. Students are to be commended for the wonderful job they did performing for parents and the lower school. The classes watching were delighted with the performances and were very enthusiastic when discussing their favourite characters!
Auditions for our musical “Snow White and All The King’s Horses and All the King’s Men” should be finished this week with the Cast List being announced by Friday. At this stage there have been over 100 students who have plucked up the courage to audition! Unfortunately speaking roles are limited so it must also be a lesson in resilience. Those successful in getting a part will receive their lines and a contract to be signed and returned to school next week.
Once again, our Musical will be staged at the Suncoast Auditorium in Woombye. The performances will be on Saturday September 13: a matinee and a night performance. Please mark this date in your calendars!
