At Palmwoods State School we pride ourselves on our safe, supportive, nurturing, learning environment where students and families feel supported to ensure the best opportunities are provided for students to improve across all areas of academic, social, and emotional development.
Our school motto 'Learning and Growing Together' and vision to 'Harness the collective capacity of our school community to realise the potential of every student' is realised in each classroom and throughout our school community. Students are proactively supported to reach their full potential in all learning areas. We develop strong partnerships with families and support services for the betterment of our students.
Our school caters for students from Prep to Year 6 and is an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated, and individuality is encouraged. Our curriculum programs are designed to cater for the variety of learners and learning styles that suit our context.
Palmwoods State School plays a significant role in the lives of children as they learn and grow. In partnership with parents and other members of the community, our school provides students with a world class education that equips them with the knowledge, skills and attributes needed to be successful in the future, as Lifelong Learners.
